Dr. George Roman, renowned as ‘The Artist,’ has been at the forefront of pioneering non-invasive, non-surgical procedures for the past 15 years. I developed the Double Lift to address the shortcomings of existing non-surgical facelifts that often caused skin damage and provided only short-term results. My technique focuses on the deep muscle of the skin, the platysma, which runs from the cheek to the neck. Over time, gravity causes this muscle to elongate, leading to sagging skin.
By targeting the platysma, I create small perforations in the muscle, allowing it to retract to its previous size, effectively lifting the face without damaging the outer skin layers. This method also promotes high levels of collagen production, which is beneficial for skin health and treating scars, including acne scars. Additionally, this technique can break down stubborn fat layers, offering comprehensive facial rejuvenation.
